Supporting STEM Teacher Recruitment and Education: A Study of a Successful Program Conducted at The California State University East Bay

The pending teacher shortage crisis in both math and sciences is well-known, lesser known are the successes of institutions of higher education to address the need for STEM educators. In this report, Nada Djordjevich, Executive Director of Gibson and Associates, reviews some of the the efforts of California State University East Bay in addressing this problem and solving this crisis.
